These terms govern your use of TECHVISION IT infrastructure services. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TECHVISION services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Description of Services

TECHVISION provides IT infrastructure services including but not limited to server management, network design, backup solutions, VoIP systems, Active Directory management, and ongoing IT support and monitoring.

Service Level Agreement

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our managed services. Specific service level agreements will be outlined in individual service contracts. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining proper access credentials, timely communication of issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws in their use of our services.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of the service relationship. This includes technical specifications, business strategies, and client data.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to our services, including software, documentation, and methodologies, remain the property of TECHVISION unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Limitation of Liability

TECHVISION shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, clients will receive their data in a standard format.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
